Weaving
Weaving is the oldest used method of converting yarn into producing fabric. While modern methods are more complex and much faster but the basic principle of the interlacing yarns remains unchanged.
State of the art modern high-speed shuttle less weaving as well as Auto and Semi Auto looms are employed to produce plain, sateen, twill or jacquard weave fabrics in 100% cotton or in Poly Cotton in the grey widths from 33” to 130”.
Processing Unit:
Highly qualified team is employed to control and monitor the whole processing at the best available equipment/machinery in the industry to control the final finish of the fabric after printing/dying.
Stitching / Packing Unit:
A state of the art stitching unit with the skilled staff is at work to produce Bed Sheets, Duvets, Curtains, Hotel and Hospital textile goods and other high quality products under a watchful eye of the quality control department.
